Hadja Lahbib denounces new attack by Rapid Support Forces on hospital in Kadugli

06/02/2026 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 4 February, the European Commissioner for Equality, Crisis Preparedness and Management, Hajda Lahbib, condemned a new attack by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on a health centre in the town of Kadugli, in South Sudan-Kordofan. “The deadly attack by the RSF (...) is a clear violation of international humanitarian law”, she declared on the X network. “Civilians, including children, reportedly lost their lives. The European Union will not stay silent in the face of such atrocities against civilians”, she added. (BD)
