EU to observe Peruvian legislative and presidential elections on 12 April

06/02/2026 (Agence Europe) – In response to an invitation from the Peruvian authorities, the European Union is to deploy an election observation mission (EOM) ahead of the legislative and presidential elections, the first round of which will take place on Sunday 12 April (with a possible second round on Sunday 7 June).
