Dispute over Spanish olives - EU can impose tariffs on Washington, according to WTO judge

29/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – After finding that the United States had still not complied with the World Trade Organization (WTO) ruling on discrimination against Spanish olives (see EUROPE B13354A15), WTO judges authorised the EU to apply countermeasures, in a report published on Wednesday 29 October.
