WTO asks Bogotá to withdraw its anti-dumping duties on Belgian, German, and Dutch frozen chips

24/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – In a report made public on Thursday, 23 October, arbitrators at the World Trade Organization (WTO) decided that Colombia still had not brought itself into compliance following the appeal arbitration award on anti-dumping duties on Belgian, German and Dutch frozen chips (see EUROPE B13525A17 and B13089A4). The arbitrators have asked Bogotá to comply with the decision. This is the first compliance report that has been published after an arbitral award...
