WTO asks Bogotá to withdraw its anti-dumping duties on Belgian, German, and Dutch frozen chips

24/10/2025 (Agence Europe) – In a report made public on Thursday, 23 October, arbitrators at the World Trade Organization (WTO) decided that Colombia still had not brought itself into compliance following the appeal arbitration award on anti-dumping duties on Belgian, German and Dutch frozen chips (see EUROPE 13525/17 and 13089/4). The arbitrators have asked Bogotá to comply with the decision. This is the first compliance report that has been published after an arbitral award handed down under the ‘MPIA’, the alternative appeal system. See the report: https://aeur.eu/f/j4g  (LM)
