Danish Presidency of Council of EU and European Parliament negotiators agree on EDIP programme

On the evening of Thursday 16 October, the Presidency of the Council of the EU and the negotiators from the European Parliament reached a provisional agreement on the European Defence Industry Programme (EDIP) at the end of their fourth interinstitutional meeting. The programme aims to strengthen the European defence technological and industrial base.
