The President of the Eurogroup, Paschal Donohoe, takes stock of the work carried out by the finance ministers of the euro area countries since March (see EUROPE B13600A14), in a letter sent to European leaders ahead of the Euro Summit scheduled for Thursday 23 October in Brussels.
