European Parliament votes on position on updating Annexes A and B of regulation on pre-pack proceedings

At their plenary session in Strasbourg on Wednesday 10 September, MEPs adopted at first reading the report by Ilhan Kyuchyuk (Renew Europe, Bulgaria) amending the regulation on pre-pack proceedings. The text, approved by an overwhelming majority with 662 votes in favour, 3 against and 2 abstentions, replaces Annexes A and B of the Regulation to bring it into line with the latest developments in national legislation.
