Green light from European Commission for revision of Bulgarian recovery plan to include a ‘REPowerEU’ chapter

03/07/2025 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 2 July, the Commission approved a revision of the Bulgarian recovery plan to include a ‘RepowerEU’ chapter designed to reduce Europe’s dependence on Russian hydrocarbons (see EUROPE B13625A17).
