At their Council meeting in Luxembourg on Tuesday 17 June, European environment and climate ministers held an exchange of views on preparations for the 30th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP30), scheduled for 10-21 November in Belém (Brazil).
