First draft conclusions of EU27 deplore “levels of starvation” observed in Gaza

17/06/2025 (Agence Europe) – The EU27 are expected to deplore “the unacceptable number of civilian casualties” and “the levels of starvation” in the Gaza Strip, and to call on Israel to “lift its blockade” to allow immediate and unimpeded distribution of humanitarian aid throughout the enclave, with the support of the United Nations, in draft European Council conclusions dated Monday 16 June, a copy of which has been sent to Agence Europe.
