ACER amends methodology for harmonising cross-zonal electricity balancing capacity allocation

Following a consultation during autumn 2024, on Friday 31 January the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators revised the transmission system operators’ (TSOs) proposal to amend the methodology for cross-zonal electricity balancing capacity allocations for the exchange of balancing capacity or the sharing of reserves on the European electricity market (see EUROPE B13483A23).
