EU prepares to make abandonment of its online dispute resolution platform official

13/11/2024 (Agence Europe) – The ambassadors of the Member States to the European Union, meeting in Coreper on Wednesday 13 November, adopted without discussion the draft regulation which ratifies the abandonment of the European online dispute resolution platform. This decision had already been taken by MEPs, without amending the text, at the March plenary session (see EUROPE B13370A27).
