On Monday 22 July, the conservative ECR group and the centre-right Renew Europe group appointed their internal coordinators within the parliamentary committees.
For the ECR Group, the list is as follows: Poland’s Adam Bielan (Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs - AFET), Poland’s Małgorzata Gosiewska (DEVE), Italy’s Daniele Polato (INTA), Poland’s Bogdan Rzońca (BUDG), Poland’s Jaochim Brudziński (CONT), Belgium’s Johan Van Overtveldt (ECON), the Czech Republic’s Alexandr Vondra (ENVI), Poland’s Daniel Obajtek (ITRE), Poland’s Piotr Müller (IMCO), Latvia’s Roberts Zīle (TRAN), Italy’s Carlo Fidanza (AGRI), Croatia’s Stephen Nikola Bartulica (PECH), Italy’s Lara Magoni (CULT), Poland’s Tobiasz Bocheński (JURI), Belgium’s Assita Kanko (LIBE), Poland’s Patryk Jaki (AFCO), Italy’s Denis Nesci (REGI), Italy’s Chiara Gemma (EMPL), France’s Laurence Trochu (FEMM) and Latvia’s Reinis Pozņaks (SEDE).
The ECR Group coordinators for the following parliamentary committees have yet to be appointed: PETI, DROIT, SANT, FISC.
In addition, Mr Van Overtveldt (BUDG), the Czech Republic’s Veronika Vrecionová (AGRI) and Mr Rzońca (PETI) are candidates for the Chair of a parliamentary committee for the Conservative Group.
