Janez Lenarčič calls on DRC and Rwanda to engage in “inclusive dialogue” during a visit to North Kivu

20/06/2024 (Agence Europe) – Visiting North Kivu in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) on Wednesday June 19, the European Commissioner for Crisis Management, Janez Lenarčič, said that there would be no military solution to the ongoing conflict in the east of the country (see EUROPE B13360A7).
