19/06/24 (Agence Europe) – The Belgian Presidency of the EU Council submitted, on Tuesday 18 June, a compromise text concerning the proposed regulation on the production and marketing of plant reproductive material. The EU ‘Agriculture’ Council of Monday June 24 will take stock of this dossier in the light of a note from the Belgian Presidency (https://aeur.eu/f/cqm ) before the Hungarian Presidency of the EU Council resumes work on this text with a view to bringing the Member States to a position on seeds.
