Cyber Solidarity Act, Parliament/EU Council negotiations on information sharing between Member States continue, with hopes for agreement on 5 March

Negotiators from the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament met on Tuesday 13 February to attempt to reach an agreement on the EU’s Cyber Solidarity Act (see EUROPE B13318A7). While a balance has already been struck on certain issues, other points still need to be raised during the next round of interinstitutional negotiations (trilogue), in order to reach a political agreement.
