Sequestration in EU of Central Bank of Russia’s assets and profits generated applicable from 15 February

14/02/24 (Agence Europe) – The Council of the European Union Regulation (2024/576) obliging EU central securities depositories holding more than €1 million in assets of the Central Bank of Russia to sequester these Russian public assets and the profits they generate was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on Wednesday 14 February (see EUROPE B13348A10).
