European Commission approves €300 million French measure to promote use of solid recovered fuels

On Friday 6 October, the European Commission announced that it had authorised a French aid scheme, notified under the Temporary Crisis and Transition Framework (see EUROPE B13138A1), worth €300 million to support businesses investing in the use of solid recovered fuel, an energy source derived from mixed municipal waste.
