European Commission approves Astara’s acquisition of Nissan Austria and Nissan Poland

14/07/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission authorised, on Thursday 13 July, the acquisition of sole control of Nissan Austria (Austria) and Nissan Poland (Poland), each of which supplies Nissan vehicles, spare parts and accessories, by the Spanish company Astara Mobility, S.L.. Astara is jointly controlled by Bergé y Compañia S.A. (Spain) and Mitsubishi Corporation (Japan).
