European Securities and Markets Authority recognises four new third country clearing houses

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) recognised, on Tuesday 2 May, four new third country clearing houses under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation.

This decision by ESMA brings the number of third country clearing houses recognised by ESMA to 39. The new entities are Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Clearing Berhad, Taiwan Futures Exchange Corporation, Cámara de Riesgo Central de Contraparte de Colombia and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange Clearing House.
