On Monday 6 March, French MEP Pascal Canfin (Renew Europe) returned to the news that Germany had blocked the formal adoption of the Interinstitutional Agreement on CO2 emission standards for new cars and vans from 2035 on 28 February (see EUROPE B13121A13).
