Asset freezing and confiscation, Member States invited on 10 March to adopt a progress report before a possible mandate in June

EU Justice Ministers will take stock, on Friday 10 March during a ‘Justice and Home Affairs’ Council in Brussels, of the state of play of the directive on the freezing and confiscation of assets of criminal or terrorist groups, and possibly also of the assets of Russian oligarchs, as proposed by the Commission last May, (see EUROPE B12960A6, B13081A16).
