EU Council approves revised German recovery plan

14/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The ‘Ecofin’ Council adopted, on Tuesday 14 February, Germany’s revised recovery plan, which includes two measures, one on the digitalisation of railways and the other on vaccine research against Covid-19.
