17/01/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 17 January, the ‘Ecofin’ Council approved the modification of the Luxembourg recovery plan in the context of the Next Generation EU recovery plan, in order to take into account the reduction of its allocation from €93.3 million to €82.7 million in June 2022 (see EUROPE 12983/11). In particular, the amendment increases the proportion of measures favouring the climate transition to 68.8%, while the proportion of measures favouring the digital transition has been reduced.
