14/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday, 14 February, the European Commission announced the names of the researchers selected during the second call for Postdoctoral Fellowships under Horizon Europe’s “Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA)” programme. The European Commission will award €257 million to 1,235 postdoctoral researchers in order to conduct research in all disciplines in Europe. An allocation of €38.5 million will go to Global Postdoctoral Fellowships, which will enable 142 researchers to conduct research in third countries or countries associated with Horizon Europe. The grant agreements must now be finalised. Applicants who obtained an evaluation score equal to or above 85% but whose proposal could not be funded due to an insufficient budget will be awarded an ‘MSCA Seal of Excellence’.
