European Public Prosecutor's Office – launch of written procedure in EU Council to adopt appointment of 22 European Prosecutors

24/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Member States' Ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) gave the green light on Friday 24 July to the launch of the written procedure for the adoption of the appointment of the 22 European Prosecutors within the European Public Prosecutor's Office. The deadline has been set for Monday 27 July at 5 p.m., after which point the EU Council decision is expected to be formally adopted. The final list has not changed from the version of 17 July (see EUROPE B12532A5).
