EU Council confirms objection to delegated act on deployment of cooperative intelligent transport systems

08/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 8 July, the Council of the European Union formally objected to the delegated regulation on the deployment of cooperative intelligent transport systems C-(ITS). This objection thus confirms the position of the Member States' ambassadors to the European Union (Committee of the Permanent Representatives - Coreper) of 4 July (see EUROPE B12289A8).
