Brussels, 20/12/2012 (Agence Europe) - On 19 December, the European Court of Justice confirmed the fines of €198 million and €20.71 million imposed on Heineken NV and Bavaria NV respectively for their collusion in an illegal cartel on the Dutch beer market between 1996 and 1999.
