Brussels, 11/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 10 April, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) adopted, in Brussels, the opinion of the president of the Comunidad Valenciana government, Francisco Camps Ortiz (EPP, Spain), entitled “Addressing the challenge of water scarcity and drought in the European Union”, with considerable amendments (61 amendments were submitted). Most of the amendments have been adopted with the agreement of the rapporteur, and the others have been rejected.
