11/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Consumers' Organisation (BEUC) and 41 other organisations have called on Commissioner Vassiliou to ban six colourings (E102 Tartrazine, E104 Quinoline yellow, E110 Sunset yellow, E122 Carmoisine, E124 Ponceau, E129 Allura red AC) after a report establishing a link between these six colourings and hyperactivity among children.
