Merkel says Constitution will be “decisive question” in perspective of European elections in 2009

Brussels, 13/02/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday in Strasbourg, the German chancellor, Angela Merkel, said that the outcome of the draft Constitutional Treaty would prove to be a “decisive question” in the perspective of the European elections in 2009 because citizens should know what kind of Europe they are voting for.
