22/11/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission granted clearance to the acquisition of joint control of SR Technics Holding AG (SR Technics) of Switzerland by Istthmar PJSC (Istithmar), Mubadala Development Company PJSC (Mubadala) and Dubai Aerospace Enterprise Limited (DAE) all of the United Arab Emirates.
