Brussels, 16/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 13 October, the European Commission decided to begin infringement proceedings against Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia for having incorrectly transposed into national law the provisions of the directive on environmental impact assessment (EIA Directive).
