Commission takes action against six Member States in insurance and occupational pensions field

Brussels, 16/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - In the insurance field the Commission is taking Italy and Finland to the EU Court of Justice and is sending a reasoned opinion to Germany. The Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland will be receiving a letter of formal notice for having failed to completely transpose a directive on occupational pension institutions.
