16/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - In a ruling delivered on 5 October, the Court of Justice of the European Communities found that Hungarian registration duty is contrary to Community law insofar as it imposes a heavier burden on imported vehicles than on similar used vehicles already registered in Hungary.
