With “SEED” database on-line, Commission moves towards EMCS system

Brussels, 16/10/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 16 October the Commission announced that the updated and revised “SEED” database was now online. This database provides information on the certified economic operators throughout EU territory working in the field of products subject to excise tax.
