CEMR presents its European charter for equality of women and men in local affairs

Brussels, 18/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 12 September in Brussels, the president of the Council of European Municipalities and Regions (CEMR) Vicenta Bosch Palanca and its Secretary General Jeremy Smith made a presentation, during the meeting of the EP's Committee for Women's Rights and Gender Equality, of the European Charter for Equality of Women and Men in Local Life.
