Immigration, bridging clause legal cooperation, combating terrorism on informal council agenda

Brussels, 18/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Justice and Home Affairs Ministers of the 25 will meet in Tampere (Finland) from 20 to 22 September for the informal JHA Council, where they will seek to resume cooperation within the Space of Liberty, Security and Justice, debating several key subjects, including the fight against illegal immigration and moving over to the infamous bridging clause (from the inter-governmental pillar to the Community pillar of the Treaty).
