Commission seminar on “Citizens' Agenda for Europe - No fundamental reworking after 2007 enlargement

Brussels, 18/09/2006 (Agence Europe) - In Profondval (Wallonia) on 19 September, the College of European Commissioners will hold a seminar, to be chaired by José Manuel Barroso, to take stock of the state of implementation of the “Citizens' agenda for Europe”, which the Commission proposed in a communication on 10 May (see EUROPE 9189). The idea is not to come up with new ideas, but to have a brainstorming session on how best to advance Commission policies in the main areas mentioned in...
