MEPs get rid of withdrawal or compulsory sell out and squeeze-out rights for quoted companies in 2 directive amendment

Brussels, 15/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - On 14 March the European Parliament adopted the report of Piia-Naura Kauppi (EPP/ED, Finland) on the legislative proposal amending directive 77/91/EEC, the so-called “corporate law” directive on the setting up, maintaining and amending of capital in a limited company (EUROPE 8821).
