Strasbourg, 15/03/2006 (Agence Europe) - Speaking in plenary on Wednesday morning, European Parliament President Josep Borrell said: “We shall not be able to hear President Mahmoud Abbas today. Several hours after his arrival in Strasbourg, overnight Tuesday to Wednesday, he had to return to his country following the terrible events there”.
