Strasbourg, 20/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Parliament voted in favour of an “ambitious, substantial and flexible” neighbourhood policy for those European countries which are not currently EU members and which cannot yet, or which do not wish, to seek accession, but share the EU's values and want to be part of the European project.
