Brussels, 20/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly's winter session will be held in Strasbourg on 23 to 27 January. It will be addressed by the President of the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, on Tuesday. The President of Romania (which holds the rotating six-month presidency of the Council of Europe), Traian Basescu, and the Bulgarian prime minister Sergey Stanichev, have been invited to the winter session.
