Brussels, 20/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - In Washington on Wednesday, Javier Solana told the United States that alongside talks with the countries on the board of governors of the UN nuclear watchdog, the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency), which is will be deciding on 2/3 February whether to send Iran to the United Nations Security Council, the EU3 (Germany, the UK and France) are considering a new Russian idea aiming to play down the situation by taking a stageist approach to sending...
