20/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - The Parliament of Montenegro will be holding a special sitting on 7 February to decide on a date for a referendum when the people of Montenegro will vote on breaking away from Serbia and Montenegro to form an independent state. The referendum will be held before the end of April, explained officials of Montenegro.
