Amnesty International urges Austrian Presidency to put human rights at the top of its agenda

Brussels, 20/01/2006 (Agence Europe) - In the light of alleged EU Member State involvement in illegal activities by the US intelligence service, the CIA, in Europe, Amnesty International said on 13 January that 'one of the main challenges for the Austrian Presidency is to reaffirm the primacy of human rights inside and outside EU borders.'
