Josep Borrell visits United Kingdom

Brussels, 02/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Parliament, Josep Borrell, is to carry out an official visit to the United Kingdom on 9 and 10 November, and will be received by Queen Elizabeth II in London on Wednesday, and will hold separate talks with Prime Minister Tony Blair and Home Secretary Charles Clarke (with whom he will discuss issues such as the data holding dossier, to which the European Parliament has granted high priority).
