Brussels, 02/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker was fairly harsh in his choice of words to describe the results of the informal European Council of Hampton Court last week (see, amongst others, EUROPE 9058 and 9059, and other articles).
