02/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The biggest ever delegation from the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (47 members), headed by Dutch GUE parliamentarian Leo Platvoet, will travel to Azerbaijan from 4 to 7 November to observe the general elections alongside OSCE and European Parliament election observers.
