Jorma Karppinen, Finnish specialist in industrial restructuring, is the new director of Dublin Foundation

Brussels, 02/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 12 October, Social Affairs Commissioner Vladimir Spidla appointed Finnish business leader Jorma Karppinen, specialised in industrial restructuring, to the post of director of the European Foundation for improving living and working conditions (Dublin, Ireland).
